<b>第一階段</b><br />
話說某年某日天堂的門壞 了,上帝發出重修天堂門的招標公告。<br />
<br />
印度人說:「我投標3,000,理由是材料費1,000,人工費1,000,我自己賺1,000。」<br />
<br />
德國人說:「我投標6,000,材料費2,000,人工2,000,自己賺2,000。」<br />
<br />
中國人淡定地 說:「這個標我要投9,000,3,000給上帝你,3,000我的,剩下3,000轉包給印度人。」<br />
<br />
上帝拍案:「中國人得標!」<br />

<b>第二階段</b><br />
<br />
<br />
德國人看了一 眼,搖了頭就走了。<br />
<br />
印度人報價3,000。<br />
<br />
中國人得標後,德國人、印度人百思不解,納悶得很。<br />
<br />
之後,中國人花了500材料,500人工,修了一半宣佈停工,拖了半年,閻羅王被逼追加投資3,000,完工。<br />

<b>第三階段</b><br />
<br />
再後來天堂連接地獄的電梯壞了,也要重修。經過前面兩次教訓後,控制定價3,000而且規定要一次性修好。<br />

德國人又來, 看了一下走了。<br />

印度人報價3,000。<br />
<br />
中國人也報價3,000,並稱完工後有茅臺送,又得標了。<br />

拿到錢後中國人開工。材料500,人工500。完工後,上帝叫人驗收。事先收了中國人紅包500的驗收員聲稱「合格」。<br />

不久又壞了,安監、質檢(都收了錢)等部門說超載所致,要重建。上帝被逼追加資金9,000重建!<br />

<b>第四階段</b><br />
<br />
再後來,通往人間的大門也壞了,死的上不來,投胎的下不去,上帝與閻羅王都著急。 問題很嚴重。<br />
<br />
經過前幾次的教訓之後,天國嚴格定價3,000,監理、審計現場跟蹤!並且免費保修1億年。<br />
<br />
德國人被嚇跑了。<br />
<br />
印度人報價3,000。<br />
<br />
中國人來了, 報無償修理, 且免費保修2億年, 但要1億年的管理權, 上帝和閻羅王都同意了。<br />

中國人修好了門後, 在門口設了個收費站, 死了要上天堂的收500,下去投胎每人每次500,雙向收費且上不封頂, 給500的投到歐洲, 給1,000的投胎到美國, 逃費的一律投到中國。<br />

上帝和閻羅王無語,徹底崩潰。<br />

<b>第一階段</b><br />
印度人的價值主張是低價,德國人的價值主張是品質,而中國人呢? 價值主張和印度人一樣,也是低價,為什麼中國人報9000和印度人報3000,同樣都屬於低價呢 ? 我們從內容中可知,剩下3,000轉包給印度人,期工程費實際上只有3000,另外,因為中國人,透過關鍵資源(3000折讓費),進行的關鍵活動(促銷),從而掌握客戶(上帝),所以,中國人得標。<br />

<b>第二階段</b><br />
印度人和德國人都沒從第一階段學到中國人的商業模式,讓中國人有機會故技重施,而這次的關鍵夥伴又上帝換成小鬼,所以中國人,透過關鍵資源(500公關費),進行的關鍵活動(公關),從而掌握關鍵夥伴(小鬼),果不其然,中國人再次得標。然而此次中國人使出了蠶食法,迫使閻羅王追加預算3000。<br />

<b>第三階段</b><br />
不死心的印度人和德國人再度投標,但還是贏不了中國人,因為中國人甚是了解關鍵夥伴的嗜好,這次的關鍵資源除了錢,還家了茅臺酒,更重要的是,關鍵夥伴由單一各人,發展成團對式的生命共同體,因此,上帝只好追加預算9000。<br />

<b>第四階段</b><br />
德國人被嚇跑,從不放棄機會的印度阿三再度投標,但還是拼不過中國人,因為中國人提出的價值主張為,報無償修理, 且免費保修2億年,而附帶的條件是1億年的管理權;海角七號裡的民代說,山也BOT,海也BOT,現在連身後事都要BOT; 經由商業模式的創新(BMI),讓中國人由承包商,一躍而為掌握天堂與地獄的通路商。<br />
